This policy explains what information JIAMICO collects through www.jiamico.com, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it. We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and to understand how our website is used.
Who we are
This website is operated by JIAMICO, a clothing development and manufacturing partner based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. For any privacy question, email hello@jiamico.com.
Information you send us
When you use our inquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, brand or company, website or social media, WhatsApp number, the service and product category you are interested in, estimated quantity, your project description and any files you attach (JPG, PNG or PDF).
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information contained in your message.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and manage our working relationship with you. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
To run the website and the inquiry form we use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, anti-spam check with Cloudflare Turnstile, and private storage of inquiry attachments), Resend (delivery of inquiry notification emails to our team) and Google Analytics (website statistics, see below). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. It does not give us your name or email address. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
Files attached to the inquiry form are deleted automatically after 180 days. Inquiry emails and our correspondence with you are kept for as long as needed to handle your project and for our normal business records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@jiamico.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
